Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

CrazyCheck (“CrazyCheck,” “we,” “us”) publishes forensic authenticity audits of businesses based on publicly available information. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Our audit reports concern businesses and are compiled from publicly available sources. They are not built from private personal data about the individuals behind those businesses beyond information that is already public.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service — including Cloudflare (hosting and data storage) and Google (authentication) — and where required by law. Owner responses you choose to publish are shown publicly on the relevant report.

Data retention

We keep account and claim information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@crazycheck.ai.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in after authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
