Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CrazyCheck (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What CrazyCheck is

CrazyCheck publishes authenticity audits and analysis of businesses, compiled from publicly available information. Reports reflect our opinions and analysis as of their publication date and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and should not be the sole basis for any decision.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any report is complete, current, or error-free. Information about a business can change after a report is published.

3. Business claims and owner responses

Authorized representatives of an audited business may claim their report and publish an official response. By claiming a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf. We may verify ownership (for example, via a matching email domain or manual review) and may approve, reject, or revoke a claim at our discretion. Owner responses are the statements of the responding business, not of CrazyCheck, and must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Corrections and disputes

If you believe a report contains a factual error, you may submit a correction request to corrections@crazycheck.ai with supporting evidence. We review good-faith correction requests and update reports where warranted. Claiming your business also lets you publish a response that appears alongside the report.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false claims, scraping at a scale that burdens the Service, or using it to harass others.

6. Intellectual property

Reports, badges, and other content we create are owned by CrazyCheck. Verified businesses may display the badge we provide for their report in accordance with any usage guidelines we publish.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrazyCheck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
